The Gift Basket Association Referral Program is about connecting our members for literal sales opportunities. For example, if you have a customer that needs a same day delivery in Las Vegas, Nevada and you're clear across the United States, we encourage you to refer that business to one of our Nevada members. It would be best to call but complete this form too and we'll log it as a referral under your name. Even if a member helped you with ideas, product or a gift, it's considered a referral. For every referral you make, we'll enter your name into a drawing each month and you could win something fun! See some ideas of referrals that are acceptable.
The quick rules:
1. You must be a GBA member to participate in this program. Suppliers are also eligible to participate.
2. A referral is a qualified lead meaning that the individual should be expecting a phone call from our member. Give as much information as you can to make this a successful transaction.
Instructions: Simply complete the form below (you can type over the text in the boxes) and hit submit. It will be sent to your fellow GBA member for their action. You will automatically be entered into our montly drawing. It's that easy!

It's easy! Simply donate a prize pack valued at $25 or more and we'll highlight you on this page. All prizes must be shipped to The Gift Basket Association no later than the 15th of the month in which you are sponsoring and should be of interest and great quality to our members.
