Our cheeses have a 1 year shelf life. We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 and have the ability to split cases for a 5% service charge. We generally ship out orders the same day they are placed.

The Colorado Food Showroom was started in 1997. It was created at the request of our customers who needed a one stop shopping location for variety specialty food products from Colorado.
The showroom started with 8 manufacturers and approximately 45 items. As of 2004, we now represent over 35 manufacturers and carry close to 1000 items.
