The Gift Basket Association Code of Ethics (COE)
Thank you for your contributions to The Gift Basket Association. If you're viewing this page, it's because we value your contributions and have asked you to become a member of our extended team. As you know, GBA was founded on the primary goal of uplifting the global gift basket industry in the spirit of support and collaboration. To that end, it's important that we ask you to uphold the following ethic standards at all times. "GBA" refers to you and your role within our community.
- GBA maintains integrity, honesty and openness at all times. At no time shall any member of the GBA organization lie, cheat, steal or obtain information in a manner that is inappropriate by this standard. All information gathered and shared shall be of the highest quality and integrity.
- GBA maintains proper relationships encouraging a positive attitude at all times. GBA speaks highly of supporters and provides recognition and gratitude regularly.
- GBA reports any issues of misconduct, negativity and the like to the founder, Debbie Quintana and does not engage in any type of negative banter with non-supporters.
- GBA works hard to build a community of collaboration; not a venue of competitiveness.
- GBA appreciates diversity within the group and a difference of opinion and individualism and is respectful at all times.
These ethic standards are subject to change at any time. Should they change, you'll be asked to re-sign.
I accept the above Code of Ethics. I certify that I am a member of The Gift Basket Association.
